Beta-Eudesmol(Cat No.:R016047) is a naturally occurring oxygenated sesquiterpene that activates hTRPA1 (transient receptor potential ankyrin 1) with an EC50 (half-maximal effective concentration) of 32.5 μM. By targeting hTRPA1, Beta-Eudesmol has been found to increase appetite. TRPA1 is known to play a role in the perception of taste and flavor, and its activation by Beta-Eudesmol may influence feeding behavior, leading to an increase in appetite.
