1,2-Bis(2-iodoethoxy)ethane(Cat No.:I016890) is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based linker commonly used in the synthesis of proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) molecules. It has been utilized in the synthesis of two specific compounds: MT802 (HY-122562) and SJF620 (HY-133137). MT802 and SJF620 are highly potent PROTAC BTK (Bruton’s tyrosine kinase) degraders. MT802 exhibits a DC50 (dose required for 50% degradation) of 1 nM, while SJF620 has a DC50 of 7.9 nM. These compounds have demonstrated strong activity in the targeted degradation of BTK protein, making them promising candidates for therapeutic applications related to BTK-associated diseases.
