15-PGDH-IN-1 (Cat No.: I042580) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase (15-PGDH), an enzyme responsible for degrading prostaglandins such as PGE2. By blocking 15-PGDH activity, this compound enhances prostaglandin signaling, promoting tissue regeneration, stem cell function, and anti-inflammatory responses. 15-PGDH-IN-1 has shown therapeutic potential in preclinical models of colitis, bone marrow recovery, and other regenerative applications. It is a valuable research tool for studying prostaglandin metabolism and evaluating the role of 15-PGDH in inflammation, tissue repair, and disease modulation.
