4-Hydroxyacetophenone oxime is an impurity of Acetaminophen (Paracetamol). Acetaminophen is a potent cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and hepatic N-acetyltransferase 2 (NAT2) inhibitor, and used antipyretic and analgesic agent[1][2].
