7-Ethylcamptothecin is one of camptothecin analogues. camptothecin (CPT), a cytotoxic alkaloid isolated from Camptotheca acuminata, is shown to have strong antitumor activity against L1210 leukemia and Walker 256 carcinosarcoma models[1].
