In vitro: After ingestion of a meal, the truncated bioactive sequences GLP-1(7-37) is secreted by the L cells of the intestinal has EC50 of 0.9 ± 0.1nM when test the RIN T3 cells cyclic AMP production;Besides,it has IC50 of 0.31 ± 0.01nM for the binding experiments with RIN T3 membranes.
