Alisol F（Cat No.:I001970）is a triterpene compound isolated from the rhizomes of Alisma orientale, a plant used in traditional Chinese medicine. It exhibits immunosuppressive and antiviral properties, notably inhibiting the secretion of hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigen (HBsAg) with an IC₅₀ of 0.6 μM.
