ALPK1-IN-3(CAT: I040876) is an inhibitor of ALPK1, derived from the compound T007 as described in patent WO2022063153A1. This compound effectively inhibits proinflammatory gene expression in the kidneys and has been shown to improve the survival rate in animal models of sepsis-induced acute kidney injury (AKI). Additionally, ALPK1-IN-3 functions as a click chemistry reagent, featuring an alkyne group that enables copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing azide groups. This makes it a valuable tool for exploring ALPK1-related pathways in Inflammation & Immunology Research and for developing targeted therapies for kidney injuries.
