Amino-PEG4-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE（Cat No.:I016629） is a cleavable ADC linker used in the construction of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This linker consists of a 4-unit polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer, followed by the amino acid sequence Val-Cit-PAB (valine-citrulline-p-aminobenzyloxycarbonyl), and is conjugated with the cytotoxic drug MMAE (monomethyl auristatin E).
