Antipain HCl (hydrochloride) (Cat.No:I002425) is a reversible, competitive protease inhibitor. It inhibits serine, cysteine, and threonine proteases, with a preference for cathepsins B and L. Antipain HCl is commonly used in cell culture and biochemistry research to prevent proteolytic degradation of proteins of interest. It is available in both powder and solution form.
