Antitrypanosomal agent 1 (Cat No.:I015082) is a potent and selective trypanothione reductase inhibitor with IC50 of 3.3 μM. Antitrypanosomal agent 1 inhibits glutathione reductase with IC50 of 64.8 μM; against Trypanosoma brucei with EC50 of 1 μM. Antitrypanosomal agent 1 has antitrypanosomal activity.
