ARN24139 is an orally active topoisomerase II poison with an IC50 value of 7.3 μM against human topoIIα. ARN24139 showed antiproliferative activity against DU145, HeLa and A549 cell lines with IC50 values of 4.7 μM, 3.8 μM and 3.1 μM, respectively.
