ATG7-IN-3 (compound 18) is a potent ATG7 inhibitor, with an IC50 of 0.048 μM. ATG7-IN-3 inhibits autophagy. ATG7-IN-3 inhibits the formation of endogenous LC3B puncta in the neuroglioma cell line H4[1].
