AUTEN-67(CAT: I040706) (Autophagy Enhancer-67) is an orally active autophagy enhancer and MTMR14 (Jumpy) inhibitor with demonstrated neuroprotective and anti-aging effects. It promotes autophagic flux, protects neurons from oxidative stress, and supports cell survival. AUTEN-67 inhibits MTMR14 activity by 3–70% (2–100 µM, 3 h) and induces autophagy in multiple models, including HeLa cells, Drosophila, zebrafish, and mice. In Alzheimer’s disease mouse models, oral administration of AUTEN-67 (19 mg/kg, 3×/week for 3 months) restores nesting behavior and reduces APP levels. Its broad in vitro and in vivo efficacy makes it a valuable tool for studying autophagy-related mechanisms in neurodegeneration and aging research.
