AZD0156(Cat No.:I002364) is a potent and selective oral inhibitor of the ATM kinase, an important regulator of DNA damage response. By inhibiting the kinase activity of ATM and its downstream signaling, AZD0156 prevents the activation of DNA damage checkpoints and disrupts DNA damage repair mechanisms. This leads to apoptosis and cell death specifically in tumor cells that overexpress ATM. As an ATM kinase inhibitor, AZD0156 shows potential as an anti-cancer therapeutic by selectively targeting and inducing the demise of tumor cells with aberrant ATM function.
