BC11-38 (Cat.No:I004089) is a biologically active inhibitor of PDE11 with high potency and selectivity. Its IC50 for PDE11 is 0.28 µM, whereas it is greater than 100 µM for PDE1-10. BC11-38 elevates cAMP levels, and increases PKA-mediated ATF-1 phosphorylation and cortisol production in H295R cells.
