BI-2865（Cat No.:I041080）is a potent small molecule inhibitor that targets the KRAS G12C mutation, a common driver of cancer in various tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and colorectal cancer. By selectively binding to the mutated KRAS protein, BI-2865 disrupts its activity, leading to inhibition of downstream signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation and survival.
