BIO 5192 (Cat.No:I011087) is a potent and selective inhibitor of BRD4, a bromodomain-containing protein that plays a role in gene transcription regulation. It binds to the BRD4 bromodomain with high affinity, leading to inhibition of BRD4-mediated transcription and cell growth. BIO 5192 has been shown to have antiproliferative effects in a variety of cancer cell lines and to suppress tumor growth in animal models. It is currently being investigated as a potential therapeutic agent for cancer.
