Bis-propargyl-PEG3 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Bis-propargyl-PEG3 is used in the synthesis of zinc-dipicolylamine (ZnDPA) complexes with antiplasmodial activity[1] [2]. Bis-propargyl-PEG3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
Bis-propargyl-PEG3 is used in the synthesis of zinc-dipicolylamine (ZnDPA) complexes with antiplasmodial activity against three strains of Plasmodium falciparum [2].
