Boc-C1-PEG2-C4-Cl (PROTAC Linker 1) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
PROTAC technology employs small molecules that recruit target proteins for ubiquitination and removal by the proteasome. The synthesis of PROTAC compounds that mediate the degradation of c-ABL and BCR-ABL by recruiting either Cereblon or Von Hippel Lindau E3 ligases is reported. Boc-C1-PEG2-C4-Cl is designated as 6-2-2[1].
