Boc-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP(Cat No.:I016634) is an ADC linker employed in the production of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This linker consists of a Boc protecting group followed by Valine (Val), Citrulline (Cit), p-aminobenzyloxycarbonyl (PAB), and a p-nitrophenyl (PNP) moiety. The Boc group enables stability during synthesis, while the Val and Cit residues contribute to enzymatic cleavage within tumor cells. The PAB-PNP part provides a site for attachment to the antibody and subsequent release of the drug payload upon internalization and cleavage by cellular enzymes.
