BRD7586 (0-20 μM; 24 h) dose-dependently inhibits SpCas9 in the HiBiT-knock-in assay in HEK293T cells[1].
BRD7586 (20 μM; 48 h) enhances the ratio of on-target versus off-target in HEK293T cells[1].
