BSJ-04-132 (Cat.No:I023753) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between BRD4 and chromatin. It exhibits potent anti-tumor activity in multiple cancer cell lines, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), triple-negative breast cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer.
