c-Myc inhibitor 6 (0-10 μM; 72 hours) inhibits cell viability of HL-60 with an IC50 value ＜100 nM[1].
c-Myc inhibitor 6 (100, 300 and 1000 nM; 24 hours) dose-dependently degrades c-Myc protein in HL-60 cells[1].
