C25-140(Cat No.:I019180) is a small molecule that inhibits the interaction between TRAF6 and Ubc13. By directly binding to TRAF6, C25-140 prevents the interaction between TRAF6 and Ubc13, leading to reduced TRAF6 activity. Additionally, C25-140 has been shown to block NF-κB activation in various immune and inflammatory signaling pathways in human and murine primary cells.
