CAL-101 (GS-1101)(Cat No.:A000804)is a selective inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ), a key enzyme in the PI3K signaling pathway, primarily involved in immune cell function. It is widely used in cancer research, particularly for hematologic malignancies like chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL).
