CaMKII-IN-1 (Cat.No:I000778) is a potent and selective inhibitor of CaMKIIα and CaMKIIβ, with IC50 values of 0.63 μM and 0.95 μM, respectively. It can cross the blood-brain barrier and suppresses CaMKII activity in vivo.
