Cariprazine-d8(CAT: C000090) is a deuterated cyclohexyl urea modulator of D2 receptors and/or modulators of D3 receptors for disease treatment in relation to increased enzymic metabolic stability. Also, it is derived from N-(2,3-Dichlorophenyl)piperazine-d8, which is a compound useful in organic synthesis. A deuterated form of Cariprazine, which is an orally active D2/D3 dopamine receptor antagonist (1,2,3). Cariprazine is an antipsychotic drug candidate for the potential treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar mania, and depression.
