CDDO-3P-Im(Cat No.:I016177) is an analog of CDDO imidazoline that exhibits chemopreventive properties. It has been shown to reduce the size and severity of lung tumors in a mouse model of lung cancer. CDDO-3P-Im is also an orally active inhibitor of necroptosis, a form of programmed cell death, and can be used in the study of ischemia/reperfusion (I/R). This compound has potential therapeutic applications in cancer prevention and treatment, as well as in the development of novel therapies for conditions related to I/R.
