Chimmitecan(CAT: I006095) is a synthetic camptothecin analog and a potent topoisomerase I inhibitor with strong anticancer activity. By stabilizing the topoisomerase I-DNA complex, Chimmitecan induces DNA damage during replication, leading to apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells.
