Cicloprofen (Cat.No:I024697) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It inhibits histamine release induced by ragweed, A23187, or concanavalin A in isolated human leukocytes when used at a concentration of 0.5 mM. Cicloprofen inhibits carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats (ED50 = 67 mg/kg).
