Cilostazol（Cat No.:A000281）is a phosphodiesterase III (PDE3) inhibitor used primarily to treat intermittent claudication, a condition caused by poor blood circulation in the legs. By inhibiting PDE3, Cilostazol increases cyclic AMP (cAMP) levels, leading to vasodilation and inhibition of platelet aggregation. This dual action improves blood flow and reduces the risk of blood clots. Cilostazol is also used for preventing strokes and managing peripheral arterial disease.
