CK1-IN-1 (Cat No.:I019266) is a selective inhibitor of casein kinase 1 (CK1), specifically targeting CK1δ and CK1ε isoforms. It displays potent inhibitory activity against CK1δ and CK1ε with IC50 values of 6 nM and 18 nM, respectively. CK1-IN-1 has been used in various studies to investigate the role of CK1 in cellular processes such as circadian rhythm regulation, Wnt signaling, and cell cycle progression. It has shown promising effects in modulating CK1-dependent pathways and has the potential for therapeutic applications in diseases where dysregulation of CK1 activity is implicated, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
