Clomifene competes with [3H]-QNB and [3H]-nitrendipine for their&nbsp;binding&nbsp;to the receptor in the membrane fractions from the urinary bladder and myometrium.<br />
Clomiphene&nbsp;citrate&nbsp;treatment significantly increases the chance of homosexuality and effeminized&nbsp;behavior in male mice.
