COQ7-IN-2 (compound 12) is an inhibitor of COQ7, witn IC50 values of 7.3 μM and 15.4 μM for DMQ10 and UQ10 accumulation, respectively[1].
COQ7-IN-2 (compound 12) has less growth inhibition against human normal culture cells[1].
The substantial DMQ10 accumulation occurred in both PANC-1 cells (8.7% by COQ7-IN-2 (compound 12)) and PC3 cells (14.0% by COQ7-IN-2 (compound 12))[1].
