CP-10 (Cat.No:I018720) is a potent and selective PROTAC compound that exhibits significant CDK6 degradation potential (DC50 = 2.1nM). It effectively inhibits the proliferation of several hematopoietic malignancies, including multiple myeloma, and retains the ability to degrade mutant and overexpressed CDK6. CP-10 shows promising results in preclinical studies, with high degradation of CDK6 in human glioblastoma cells and a notable cell inhibition potential in multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma cells.
