CP-20961 can be used in animal modeling to construct animal arthritis models.Avridine-induced arthritis is severe and long lasting in LEW and DA rats[2].
CP-20961 (10 mg/kg, i.v., once either 24, 48, or 72 hours post-burn) had no effect on survival after challenge with P. aeruginosa 96 hours post-burn[3].
