CWHM-1008（Cat No.:I019404）is a potent, orally active antimalarial agent effective against both drug-sensitive and drug-resistant strains of Plasmodium falciparum, with EC₅₀ values of 46 nM for the 3D7 strain and 21 nM for the Dd2 strain.Beyond its antimalarial properties, CWHM-1008 has demonstrated anticancer potential by inducing apoptosis and enhancing autophagy in lung adenocarcinoma cells through inhibition of the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. These findings suggest its versatility as a therapeutic agent, warranting further research into its applications in infectious diseases and oncology.
