Cytarabine triphosphate (Ara-CTP) trisodiu, an active metabolite of Cytarabine, is a competitive inhibitor of DNA synthesis. Intracellular Cytarabine triphosphate trisodiu levels can be used to predict chemosensitivity of leukemic blasts to Cytarabine[1].
