DBCO-PEG2-NH-Boc(CAT: I016055) is a compound used in chemical synthesis and bioconjugation applications. It consists of a PEG (polyethylene glycol) linker with two ethylene glycol units (PEG2), a terminal azide group (DBCO), and a Boc-protected amine group (NH-Boc). The DBCO group can react with azide-modified molecules through a copper-free click chemistry reaction called strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC), enabling bioconjugation and the attachment of various molecules to the PEG linker.
