DBCO-PEG5-NHS ester(Cat No.:I017129) is a linker molecule used for the synthesis of proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). It belongs to the PEG class and Alkyl/ether class of linkers. The linker contains a cleavable DBCO moiety, which enables the attachment of the linker to a molecule of interest via a bioorthogonal click reaction. The PEG5 spacer enhances solubility and flexibility of the conjugate, while the NHS ester facilitates efficient conjugation to primary amines. The resulting conjugates can be used for targeted protein degradation or as potent anticancer agents.
