DC1Sme(Cat No.:I019743) is a derivative of DC1, a small molecule analog of the alkylating agent CC-1065. DC1Sme demonstrates potent anticancer activity with low IC50 values against various cancer cell lines. Specifically, its IC50 values against Ramos, Namalwa, HL60/s, and COLO205 cancer cells are 10 pM, 10 pM, 32pM, and 250 pm, respectively.
