DDX3-IN-1 (Cat No.:I018739) is a small molecule inhibitor of the DEAD-box RNA helicase DDX3, a multifunctional protein that plays important roles in RNA metabolism, translation initiation, and innate immune response. DDX3 is involved in various diseases, including cancer, viral infections, and neurodegenerative disorders. DDX3-IN-1 selectively inhibits DDX3 ATPase activity with an IC50 of 0.43 μM and shows antiviral activity against hepatitis C virus (HCV) and Zika virus (ZIKV) in cell culture models.
