Dehydrocorydaline chloride (CAT: I000306) is an alkaloid compound with demonstrated anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activities. In vitro, studies have shown that Dehydrocorydaline chloride promotes myoblast differentiation by increasing the expression of muscle-specific proteins and activating p38 MAPK signaling. It also exhibits anti-proliferative effects on MCF-7 breast cancer cells by inducing apoptosis through modulation of the Bax/Bcl-2 pathway and activation of caspases. In vivo, Dehydrocorydaline chloride demonstrates dose-dependent antinociceptive effects in pain models, reducing the expression of pro-inflammatory proteins in the spinal cord. These findings suggest the potential pharmacological applications of Dehydrocorydaline chloride in muscle regeneration, cancer therapy, and pain management.
