DEL-22379 (Cat No.:I002355) is an ERK dimerization inhibitor. DEL-22379 easily binds to ERK2, with Kd at a low micromolar level, and the binding of EL-22379 to ERK2 can be detected even at low nanomolar concentrations. DEL-22379 inhibits ERK2 dimerization with IC50 of approximately 0.5 μM.
