EC144 is a potent and selective inhibitor of heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) with an IC50 of 1.1 nM. EC144 inhibits tumor growth and causes partial tumor regressions. EC144 has the potential for the research of cancer diseases[1]. EC144 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
