EL102（Cat No.:I000925） is a small molecule inhibitor of hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha (HIF1α), a transcription factor that plays a critical role in tumor growth and survival. EL102 inhibits HIF1α activity by disrupting the microtubule network, causing a reduction in its stability and a decrease in tubulin polymerization. This results in the inhibition of HIF1α translocation to the nucleus and its subsequent activity. EL102 has shown promising anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies and is being investigated as a potential therapeutic agent for cancer treatment.
