ErSO-DFP is an anticipatory unfolded protein response (a-UPR) activator. ErSO-DFP has enhanced selectivity for estrogen receptor alpha-positive (ERα+) cancer cells with a wider selectivity window than ErSO.ErSO-DFP displays antitumor activity and leads to profound regression of MCF-7 tumors in mice model[1].
