Fast-TRFS is a selective and superfast fluorogenic probe of thioredoxin reductase (TrxR). Fast-TRFS can be used for imaging TrxR activity in live cells[1].
Fast-TRFS reaches the maximal fluorescence signal within 1 min incubated with TCEP, and within 5 min incubated with the TrxR enzyme[1].
Fast-TRFS (10 μM; 2-60 min) appears the blue fluorescence signal within 2 min in HeLa cells[1].
