FITC-labeled ODN 1018 sodium (Cat No.: I041001) is a fluorescently tagged CpG oligodeoxynucleotide, designed to activate Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) and stimulate immune cell activation, particularly in B cells and monocytes. As a Class B CpG ODN, ODN 1018 induces strong pro-inflammatory cytokine responses and is widely used in vaccine adjuvant research. The FITC label enables real-time tracking of cellular uptake and localization through fluorescence-based techniques. Provided as a sodium salt, it is for research use only in immunology and vaccine studies.
